Delivery time depends on the service type you choose and the destination: International Express usually takes 2-3 business days, Standard Express takes 3-5 business days, and Economy Express takes 7-15 business days. Please note that these times do not include potential delays due to customs clearance.

Yes, international shipments may be subject to import duties and other taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. The specific amount depends on the customs regulations of the destination country/region and the value of the package contents. We provide necessary customs clearance documents but cannot estimate specific tax amounts.

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the package and provide relevant evidence (such as photos). For insured packages, we will compensate according to the insurance terms; for uninsured packages, we will compensate according to international courier industry standards, usually ¥40/KG, with a maximum compensation of no more than $100.

If the package has not left the country of origin, we can attempt to change the delivery address, but an address change fee may apply. Once the package has been shipped or entered the destination country/region, the address usually cannot be changed. We recommend carefully checking the recipient information when placing your order to avoid unnecessary trouble.
